ABOUT RISING TIDE U

When our team founded Rising Tide Car Wash, we often wished for a road map on how to build a social enterprise that employs individuals with autism sustainably. With Rising Tide U we’re doing just that! With the help of UM-NSU CARD, we’re sharing that step by step process with other families who believe starting a business is their only way to help their loved ones with autism build a future.

Why We Exist

To help families affected by autism answer the question, What will happen to my child when I’m gone? By teaching them how to build social enterprises that sustainably employ their child and others like them.

We aim to inspire a grassroots movement that proves employing people with autism is a competitive advantage for business. Everyone can help prove the autism advantage– our talks inspire people to action.

Education

We aim to help entrepreneurs, small business owners and corporations understand how to harness the operational and marketing advantages of employing individuals with autism through in-person workshops and e-learning.
